Are you having a conference or seminar and looking for an alternative to the typical hotel room hire ?

Would you like to be able to offer your guests and delegates a refreshing and unique experience ?

We’d like you to consider Healthy Beast --There are no other facilities available that compare to our peaceful, secluded venue.

Healthy Beast is an Equine Rehabilitation centre for racehorses, competition horses and all horses or ponies that require convalescence or rehabilitation with a gradual return to work.  We have a large 1st floor education centre available to hire..  Your meeting does not have to be animal-related, although we holld a number of conferences for veterinarians! 

This unique Centre has been attractively designed with care and attention and offers a rural location set in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside.  Surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmlands and offering fantastic views, walks around our natural habitat with streams, large ponds, woods and fields can be enjoyed as part of your day or during your lunch break.

About the Healthy Beast Conference Facilities:

While our fully equipped conference room is large enough to hold  up to100 delegates, it also has intimate areas where 10-25 people can study, meet in break-out groups, or relax in our sitting area. 

Catering is a very special part of the Healthy Beast facilities.  Our local chef, Kitchen Rituals, will make your lunch a very special ceremony, creating menus using only the freshest local, organic seasonal produce.  Breakfast, canapés or dinner can also be arranged if required.

We have under floor heating throughout, including in our three WCs.

Our receptionist will be on hand to meet and greet your guests and delegates if required.

Convenient, easy access to the M40 or A34 and ample free parking adds to the ideal environment for your company’s training or conference needs.

If your conference is taking place over a weekend or several days, there are a number of local B&B’s and Hotels for your guests and delegates to enjoy, and we can supply you with a list for local accommodation.

Our conference/meeting room is available for hire at very competitive rates:

Up to 25 delegates: £60 per half day, £100 per full day

25 or more delegates: £120 per half day, £200 per full day

OR:  Our daily delegate rate of £60 per person includes: Welcome tea & coffee; morning tea, coffee & biscuits; our special buffet lunch and afternoon tea & biscuits.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.  We are happy to provide a price list for equipment hire and any additional catering requirements you may have.
